Opened teas (a.k.a. “I tried it, but…”)
Because our teas are handcrafted and consumable, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products. Safety first! But don’t worry—we’re not monsters. If you didn’t love a tea, drop us a message within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll see what we can do to make it right. Sometimes that means a discount on your next blend, a replacement, or just a bit of tea-spilled kindness.
Unopened teas (changed your mind?)
If your tea is unopened and unused, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping. Once we receive the tea in its original condition, we’ll process your refund.
Oh no! If your order arrived damaged, or we mixed things up (oops!), please email us at apothecafeltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement ASAP, no stress.
